Public Involvement and Project Schedule

Beginning in February and occurring throughout 2021, the City will return to the public to ask seniors, community members and local organizations for their input on program and design elements of the new Senior & Community Center. Based on community and senior input, City staff will return to the Redmond City Council with schematic designs and cost estimates in July 2021, before beginning the final design stage. Construction of the new Center is anticipated to begin in 2022 and finish in late 2023.

Our online public meeting series this year will occur in February, and March. Stay tuned for updates on how you can participate. If you are a member of a local organization and would like a briefing with us, let us know at comment@redmondcommunitycenter.org.
